We regularly advise clients on a range of employment issues, including offer letters, employment agreements, severance terms, performance issues, discipline, termination, leaves of absence and other Human Resources issues. We draft and revise key employment agreements such as offer letters, proprietary information and invention assignments, non-disclosures, severance agreements, employee handbooks, non-competes (in states where applicable) and employment settlements. We advise clients on compliance and draft client policies for discrimination, disability, family/medical leaves, wage/hour compliance, employment policies and codes of conduct, harassment prevention and we conduct employee trainings on such policies.
